Horrible customer service
This review isn't about the bag, it’s about the awful customer service that Nordstrom now provides its customers. The package got lost. I alerted Nordstrom, they said there’s nothing they could do. Go spend your money at Bloomingda*** they won’t do this to you. Fortunately for me I wasn’t out all this money because four days later the doorman found the package. However I will return it and purchase it from that other store based on the garbage experience with Nordstrom.

That has nothing to do with the bag so I don't know why it was approved. The review section is meant for the bag only! Anyway this purse is lovely and very comfortable and roomy. Plus the leather is slouchy and soft. I recommend it.

timeless classic black bag
I love this bag! The leather is soft, the suede lining is so luxurious. It has a nice slouch when you put things in it, holds a lot and comfortable to wear. Nordstrom packaged it very well, came quick and factory wrapped. I’m very happy with my purchase and will get this in more colors.
