Coat is beautiful service not so much

The coat is absolutely fabulous, but the 2nd time I have ordered a my favorite daughter trench and its come qith no belt! Customer service still going down hill! But ordered another one hoping I will get a belt this time! The coat is well worth the trouble!!

Elegant easy stylish jacket

This jacket looks so good on your body! The shape flatters many figures, not just the size zero models. The fabric is nice and rich. Worn with or without the belt, it just looks chic. True to prior reviews I would purchase one size down.

Has great potential...

I am a size Small normally, but I was swimming in this jacket. I think it has great potential and maybe looks great on someone taller. But at 5'4" and 128lbs, I felt the small was too larger and the sleeves far too long and baggy. Unfortunately, there is no XS to purchase so I will be returning the Small. The material was nice and appeared to be made well.

Beautiful Coat
