Polished stainless steel and rich 18-karat rose gold frame this preowned 2015 Galactic automatic watch—a classic timepiece of futuristic inspiration. Diamond markers glitter atop the mother-of-pearl dial featuring a seconds subdial and a date window at the three-o'-clock hour.
