What it is: A brow highlighting stick that helps create lightness and brightness anywhere its applied.
What it does: Apply the highlighter to the brow bone to lift the look of the brow and create dimension. It can also be applied down the center of the nose, on the Cupid's bow and at the top of cheekbones.
