Horrible service
Less than an hour after a l placed an order -I found out the scent was the wrong one !!! So I tried to cancel -no can do according to CS - btw they would not ship it for at least a week -Nordstrom use to have wonderful customer service NOT ANY MORE I guess I’ll go back to Saks!! I would give them 0 stars if I could

CS is not what it use to be -go to Saks!
I tried to cancel order less than 30 min after placing the order -called CS -no can do -horrible customer service !! -so i wasted my time -repacking -and sending it back
