Mini Rockstud Leather Crossbody Bag

I was very excited about this bag that is shown in ivory with both a leather rock stud strap as well as a chain. But that is not what I received. When I called customer service they agreed that the photo clearly shows both straps so we both assumed it was just left out of the package. So I returned the first bag and had a replacement sent, only to find that there was no leather strap included. I was disappointed because one of the reasons I chose this particular bag, was that in included both options, to allow for dressy or more casual. The listing is very misleading as you can see in the photo.

This bag is perfection on a chain! I absolutely LOVE it. It is light, functional small (but not too small) and elegant. I can dress it up or down! I love the built in card holder inside. I also appreciate how you can convert this bag to a shoulder purse by putting a knot in the chain. It is very versatile and might order in another color. LOVE!

I received this bag used. The price tag was inside the bag rather than attached to the bag, the bag itself is cute and nice quality but used product was sent to me. Nordstrom should be able to distinguish between used bag and brand new bag. I paid for new and not used. The worst part again is that when I tried to return the bag, Nordstrom customer care accused me that I’ve already used the bag before returning it. I had to defend myself. Nordstrom should do better with their packing.
