Powerchrome Loose Eye Pigment

What it is: A densely-packed, multidimensional eye pigment that creates a standout finish on your lids.

What it does: The unique, cream-like formula glides onto your lids and sets in place to leave minimal fallout with a single swipe.

How to use: Due to its loose texture, finger application is recommended for intense payoff with minimal fallout. Gently pat your finger into the pigment and lightly press on the back of your hand to warm the product up. Blend onto your eyelid. Pat onto the center of the lid to add glistening dimension to any eye look, or layer over eyeshadow with a metallic finish for an opaque, multidimensional shimmer effect.
