Parma Plus 8-Inch Nonstick Fry Pan

I love my little 8" Ballerini Parma Plus non stick frying pan. We use it so much, that we needed another. But it stopped being produced. Zwilling the parent company made one very similar, so I bought that one. However it is not as deep, so when I am flipping my omelet full of vegetables with a spatula, stuff falls out. I still like the pan, but would have liked it deeper like my old one.

The original Ballarini version of this pan was 5 stars. Now only 3 with the Zwilling branding change. I just re-ordered a new fry pan because mine was 4 years old and the finish was worn inside. To my huge disappointment, you have cheapened the Parma Plus product. No Thermopoint indicator any longer and the tack underneath the aluminum band between the pan and the handle (on the underneath side) shows visible tacks when it did not look that way before. But you left the regular Parma the same. I really like the style of the Parma Pan and the Plus series was my favorite because I like the soft grip handle. Now if I want the Thermopoint and the more pleasing finish on the band I have to get the regular plain handled fry pan. Sorry but I'm very unhappy with this change. I don't care for the Moderna style which also has the soft grip handle and the Thermopoint feature. Argh
