received a DIRTY USED purse
Received a USED DIRTY White purse from the Galleria Store !!!! This is the second time I received a used Tory Handbag from this STORE!!! How do I request to get my Nordstroms Merchandise from a fulfillment Center!!!! I have called CS pleading on how to order from your fulfillment centers and not get used merchandise from local stores!! I will gladly wait !!! Hello Nordstroms Customer service Managers PLEASE contact me and fix this problem.

Very small bag
I purchase this purse online for in store pick up and I have to say I am a little disappointed. This purse is so so so sooooo tiny. It doesn’t even fit my phone. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max, and when I saw the display picture I felt comfortable enough to purchase this bag. It will not fit your phone at all. Definitely not worth the price.
