The Inca Raffia Bucket Hat

Usually, I enjoy shopping at Nordstrom. I usually find helpful associates that are “up” on the latest trends, know the product and are happy to help. This trip, not so much. No one asked if I needed help, when I asked for assistance, the associate took me to the dressing room and never came back to check on my or ask if I needed anything further. The hat I purchased, was only due to a gal from beauty coming to ask if she could ring me up. Service like this doesn’t make me want to come back, that’s for sure.

I have a very large head and have a hard time finding a beach hat that fits. I was thrilled this had different sizing and assumed I needed the large. But it’s a bit big. I did read that it’s supposed to fit loose but this seems looser than it should be. I don’t want it blowing off on the boat. I ordered a medium to compare. Love the hat though! Super nice quality.
