Qualifying spend does not include charitable donations, some services, online purchases of Gift Cards, purchases of selected designer items, or purchases from stand-alone vending machines. A positive balance is required to convert points into Nordstrom Notes (e.g., $10 Note for every 1,000 points or $20 Note for every 2,000 points, depending on your status).
