Gender Inclusive Samba OG Sneaker

This is how I received my package, the product was damaged. Nordstrom is the worst online store, and bad quality control at the warehouse.

This is how my shoes arrived! They shipped a shoebox in a bag. This was a gift and thanks to someone with NO common sense....I had to return them.

These are my second pair of Sambas. I feel really lucky to have snagged a pair in the black/cream color way. I purchased both the women’s size 6.5 and 6 (or men’s 5.5 and 5, UK size 4 and 3.5 respectively). I usually wear women’s size 6. Both sizes fit though the 6 was more snug. I went with the 6.5. Love how these are comfortable, affordable, and a casual classic!

I saw a couple reviews regarding quality control with Nordstrom and I wish I listened. I happened to purchase something other than these shoes that has yet to arrive. The shoes came today, 3-days after ordering (which is great)! Opened the box to find shoes that appear wrinkled and worn. Regarding the quality of the shoe itself - it’s fine. My normal size fits well and there is no issue with the integrity of the shoe itself. It’s exactly as described. However, the right shoe was visibly damaged (appears to be torn) and the insides of each shoe were loaded with black hair. Clearly someone purchased these and returned them after wearing them (around the house maybe because the soles seem to be in good condition)? It’s very disappointing to open a package to find a $100 pair of sneakers that are not in new condition, let alone dirty and damaged. I’m not big with collecting shoe boxes, but the box was even damaged. Will be returning and hopefully repurchasing elsewhere.
