Tazz II Genuine Shearling Lined Platform Slipper

I usually wear a size 10 in most shoes and 11 in sneakers/some boots, so I purchased both a size 10 and a size 11 because I know UGG sizing can be variable. The size 11 shearling was thick, soft, fluffy, and luxurious, as I expect from UGG. However, the size 10 shearling was rough, thin, and had bare spots around the opening seam, entirely out of line with the quality I expect. You can see the difference in the photo (size 10 on the left and size 11 on the right). The 11 is slightly too big for me, so I'm going to order an additional size 10 to hopefully get a pair with the same quality as the size 11 slippers I received.
